key project takeaways

  • Working in a two person team it was discovered through contextual enquiry and testing that the app's USP could be leveraged to address user needs in a ways quite different to O2's expectations of their product.
  • We demonstrated that by streamlining information architecture and focusing the UI design on the user’s specific needs the service could simultaneously achieve better conversion and retention through an experience that was simple, effective and memorable.
